These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LunarKal website, store, accounts, downloads, DJ packs, and related services. By placing an order or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Digital products and licence

DJ packs and other downloads are licensed, not sold. Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the individual purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the files for personal DJ preparation and live DJ performance. The licence does not transfer copyright or ownership.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, publish, mirror, trade, or make any file or download link available to another person; use files to create a competing sample, edit, or DJ-pack library; remove rights-management information; bypass access controls; or use the content unlawfully. Public performance, broadcast, synchronization, mechanical, or other rights in underlying recordings may require separate permission from the applicable rights holders or collecting societies. You are responsible for obtaining any rights required for your specific use.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and charges are shown at checkout where required. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or technical error, unauthorized activity, rights concerns, or legal compliance. If we cancel a paid order, we will return the amount charged for that order.

Delivery and downloads

Digital products are normally delivered through the order-confirmation page, your account, or an email link after successful payment. You are responsible for compatible software, storage, internet access, and keeping a lawful backup. Download links may be limited, expire, or be replaced for security reasons. Contact us if a paid product cannot be accessed.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Website use and prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with the website; probe or bypass security; use automated means that burden the service; scrape or copy the catalogue except as permitted by law; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; commit fraud; infringe rights; or use the services for unlawful activity. We may suspend access or downloads when reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or rights holders.

Intellectual property and content

The website design, LunarKal branding, product artwork, descriptions, organization, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and recordings remain the property of their respective owners. References to genres, artists, eras, or styles are descriptive and do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, universal compatibility, or that every description will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, LunarKal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Changes, termination, and general terms

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, fraud, or serious security risk. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with referenced policies, are the entire agreement about the services and are governed by applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
